Payment details are processed by Stripe. HintMint stores limited payment metadata such as card type, last four digits, and expiration date.

Meeting and conversation data may include audio streams/recordings, transcription content, speaker data, notes, and AI-generated outputs during user-initiated sessions.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect log data, usage data, device metadata, analytics, and technical diagnostics to operate and improve the Services.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from authentication providers, integrations (calendar, CRM, workflow tools), and marketing partners as authorized by you.

We use information to provide, secure, improve, and support the Services, including:

• Operate the platform and deliver core product features
• Process meeting audio/transcriptions to generate real-time insights and summaries
• Enable authorized third-party integrations
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity
• Send service-related updates, billing notices, and security alerts
• Comply with legal obligations and protect users and the public

HintMint does not use Customer Data (including recordings and transcripts) to train AI models without explicit written consent.

HintMint does not sell Personal Information. We may share information in limited scenarios such as:

• Service providers (infrastructure, payments, analytics, support, security)
• Integration partners you explicitly authorize
• Legal and safety requirements

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. HintMint does not currently alter its data processing behavior based on DNT signals.

Services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe we collected Personal Information from a child under 16, contact support@hintmint.io and we will take prompt deletion measures.

11.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request disclosure and deletion rights. HintMint does not sell Personal Information.

11.2 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit opt-out requests. HintMint does not sell Personal Information under Nevada law.
